Poster Presentation Guidelines

  • Poster Location and Identification
    • Posters will be displayed in a dedicated space at the conference venue. Your paper submission ID will be used to identify your poster.
  • Poster Size and Mounting
    • Each presenter will be provided with a poster panel measuring 3 feet (width) x 4 feet (height) in portrait mode (a reference photo is attached).
Please ensure your poster does not exceed A0 size.
    • Tape and pins will be available to mount the poster.
  • Poster Setup and Display
    • Posters can be set up on January 2nd, 2025. All posters will remain on display throughout the conference. Conference attendees are likely to visit your poster during breaks as well.
  • Poster Presentation Sessions
    • There will be two poster presentation sessions. Please refer to the schedule for your specific date and time. Be sure to be available next to your poster during your allotted session.
    • During this time, attendees will walk through the poster area, visit your poster, and interact with you. Please note, there will be no formal presentations.
  • Poster Content and Design
    • Ensure the title and author names are clearly displayed at the top of your poster.
    • Use large fonts for text, figures, and tables to ensure readability from a distance of approximately 1.2 meters (4 feet).
    • Include self-explanatory tables and figures to clearly convey your research.
    • You may also leave post-it notes near your poster for attendees to leave comments.
